Every LUSTRE CARAT piece is made to order, crafted especially for you after you place your order. This policy explains how your jewellery is made, and how and when it reaches you.
Made to Order, Just for You
We don't mass-produce or hold ready-made stock. The moment your order is confirmed, our diamond specialists carefully assort natural diamonds from our own inventory, hand-selecting the stones that offer the very best quality and brilliance for your piece.
Once the diamonds are chosen, our skilled craftspeople set them and create your jewellery by hand, finishing and quality-checking every detail before it leaves us. This made-to-order approach is how we ensure that each piece you receive is crafted to the highest standard, and truly your own.
Delivery Timeline
- From the time you place your order to delivery at your door typically takes 8 to 10 days, which includes sourcing the diamonds, crafting your piece and shipping.
- Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by Email, SMS or WhatsApp so you can follow it every step of the way.
- Orders are not crafted or dispatched on Sundays and public holidays.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete payment. Promotional free-shipping offers, where available, will be applied automatically.
Packaging & Insurance
Your jewellery is shipped in secure, tamper-evident packaging through trusted, fully insured courier partners, so it reaches you safely and beautifully presented.
Delays
While we work hard to meet our timelines, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, courier disruptions or regional restrictions. If your order needs a little extra crafting time, we will keep you informed. We appreciate your patience while we make your piece right.
