Every LUSTRE CARAT piece is made to order, crafted especially for you with natural diamonds hand-selected for your order. This policy explains when returns and exchanges apply.
No Returns on Custom-Made Jewellery
As every order is custom made to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once your piece has been crafted. The only exceptions are a manufacturing defect or a missing or incorrect product, as described below.
Manufacturing Defects or Missing Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, or an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
A clear, continuous unboxing video is required to process any such claim. The video must start before the package seal is opened and show the sealed parcel and the complete unboxing without any cuts or edits. Claims without a valid unboxing video cannot be accepted. Please also share clear photographs of the issue along with the video.
Once verified, we will arrange a repair, replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you. Replacements are typically completed and dispatched within 5 to 7 days.
Cancellations & Refunds
